10-Year Design Contest — Legal Terms

By entering, you agree to the following:

You represent that the artwork is entirely your own and that using it will not violate anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

You grant Stanley Marketplace permission—free of charge, ongoing, and without geographic limit—to reproduce, adapt, display, and sell your design on merchandise, and to use it in marketing tied to our anniversary and related events.

Entering does not guarantee your design will be chosen, and no payment will be made apart from the prize awarded to selected winners.

We may credit you by name as the artist unless you ask us not to.

If the artist is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on their behalf.

You agree to release Stanley Marketplace from responsibility for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.
