Stanley Marketplace is where dining, shopping, wellness, and creativity come together under one historic roof, all just minutes from downtown Denver in Aurora, Colorado. What was once an aviation manufacturing facility is now a buzzing hub filled with 50+ locally owned small businesses, from restaurants and boutiques to breweries, fitness studios, wellness pros, and creative workspaces.

At Stanley Marketplace, we invite you to enjoy our Sip & Shop experience—because who says shopping can’t be more fun with a drink in hand? Stroll through our indoor common areas and retail spaces while sipping your favorite adult beverage. Drinks must be purchased from participating businesses within Stanley Marketplace and carried in the cups provided by the establishment. Grab a drink from any of these spots and explore all the marketplace has to offer (you can’t do that at the mall): Boychik, Cheluna Brewing, Chi Lin Asian Eatery, Create Kitchen & Bar, Denver Biscuit Company, La Creperie d'Audrey, Rosenberg's Bagels, Stanley Beer Hall, The Local Drive, and Traveling Mercies.
Guests must be 21 and older. Please drink responsibly and be mindful of other guests, including families and children visiting Stanley Marketplace. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside certain businesses; please respect individual shop policies.
PARKING
Parking is always FREE at Stanley Marketplace. Surface lots are located on the north, east, and south sides of the building. During peak hours or special events, if the lots are full, additional street parking is available nearby on 25th Ave, 26th Ave, Clinton St., and Dallas St.
DOG POLICY
At Stanley Marketplace, we strive to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all visitors. For the comfort and safety of our guests, dogs are not permitted to be walked through the indoor common areas of the marketplace. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor patios at Logan House, Stanley Beer Hall, Boychik, and The Local Drive Hangar. They may also enter through the Doggie Door located on the north side of the building when visiting Bonez 4 Budz.
Exceptions: Guide dogs for the blind, signal dogs for the deaf, and/or service dogs for individuals with disabilities are always welcome throughout the marketplace, in accordance with ADA regulations.

Yes, Stanley Marketplace is fully ADA accessible. The south and west entrances are equipped with automatic doors and ramps leading from the parking lot for easy access. Inside, elevators near the east and west entrances provide access to the second and third floors. Designated ADA parking spaces are available close to the entrances for added convenience. We’re committed to ensuring every guest can comfortably enjoy all that Stanley has to offer.

There is a bike rack at the north side of the building. Additionally, there are individual bike lock points around the perimeter of the building. Stanley Marketplace accepts no responsibility for bikes left at any of the racks.

There are three public restrooms and a family restroom located on the 1st floor.
A restroom and nursing pod are located on the 2nd floor.

A common area with various types of seating can be found near the main entrance.
