10-Year Design Contest

Submission Terms

By entering the Stanley Marketplace 10-Year Design Contest, you agree to the following:

1. You represent that the artwork is entirely your own and that using it will not violate anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
2. You grant Stanley Marketplace permission—ongoing, royalty-free, and without geographic limit—to reproduce, adapt, display, and sell your design on merchandise, and to use it in marketing tied to our anniversary and related events. The payments described below are the full and only compensation for this grant.
3. Entering does not guarantee your design will be chosen. The only compensation provided is $5 to an artist for each time their design is printed on-site at the event, plus a $100 Stanley Marketplace gift card awarded to each of the three selected winners. No other payment or royalty will be made.
4. We may credit you by name as the artist unless you ask us not to.
5. If the artist is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on their behalf.
6. You agree to release Stanley Marketplace from responsibility for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.

Stanley Marketplace reserves the right to update these terms. Last updated June 2026.
