Más Chido is a five-course tasting menu served at the Molino Chido counter, designed to be fun, immersive, and expressive—an up-close look at the flavors, technique, and creativity behind the kitchen. The experience honors ancestral flavors while embracing global influences, with a masa-driven foundation and a dynamic balance of seafood and land-based offerings.
