Michelin Guide Awards Annette a Bib Gourmand

Annette, located in new-to-the-selection Aurora, is a stylish, chef-led neighborhood spot tucked inside Stanley Marketplace, a converted airplane factory. Chef/co-owner Caroline Glover serves contemporary dishes like wood-fired vegetables and house-made pastas (think charred radicchio with braised sunchokes and mafaldine with ramps, morels and parmesan) from what the restaurant refers to as its “scratch-to-table kitchen.”
