Chef Caroline Glover, a 2019 Food & Wine Best New Chef and the 2022 James Beard Award winner for Best Chef in the Mountain Region, founded Annette with three simple yet powerful intentions: to welcome diners with the warmth of a home-cooked meal, to create a space where shared food sparks lasting memories and stories, and to craft scratch-to-table, wood-fired dishes that celebrate local producers, nourish guests, and reflect a spirit of craftsmanship, creativity, and rustic simplicity.
