Before founding Cheluna, Jen and Javi Perez spent decades in community service, Jen as a Peace Corps volunteer and educator, and Javi as a Jesuit volunteer, teacher, and VA physician. Cheluna reflects their shared love of adventure and Mexican culture. Today, they run, ski, and work together, while Jen advocates for craft brewers as a leader in the Colorado Brewers Guild. Cheluna is a proud multi-time GABF medal winner and was voted one of the top 30 breweries in the US by Vinepair.
