First Stop: Italy with Chef Steven Redzikowski

Chef Steven Redzikowski of Oak at Fourteenth teams up with Boychik for an unforgettable evening blending Italian tradition with their signature style. This dinner celebrates more than cuisine, it's a reunion 13 years in the making. Boychik's Chef Chase Devitt and GM Charlie Troup once worked alongside Steven at Oak at Fourteenth. Now they welcome him as a guest in their own kitchen, bringing the journey full circle.

Experience innovative à la carte dishes (10-12 options) such as:

  • Porchetta "Shawarma"—vertical spit layered with traditional porchetta ingredients

  • Labneh with salsa verde italiano

  • Hummus with sausage and peppers

  • Kale Salad with dates and pomegranate seeds

  • Oak Chicken Liver Pâté with fig mostarda

  • Mezze Rigatoni with Sunday gravy
