Create your own functional butter dish in this 2.5-hour handbuilding workshop at Friend Assembly, because everything's better with butter! Learn pinch pot and slab construction techniques to build a piece that's both practical and uniquely yours, complete with a (b)utterly perfect handle and custom details.

What You Can Expect

  • Guided shaping of the lid, base, and sculptural handle

  • Surface detailing with texture, underglaze transfers, or minimal underglaze accents

  • Finishing with your choice of house dip glazes, applied after the bisque fire

  • Pieces fired and ready for pickup in 2–2.5 weeks via email notification

  • Aprons provided, dress to make a mess!
