Celebrate the bada** mamas in your life at Friend Assembly with this Mother's Day wheel workshop! Treat your mom, bring a bestie, or carve out some much-needed "alone time," it will be an evening of three things we love: clay, wine, and MOMS!

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn the basics of throwing on the potter's wheel — wedging, centering, opening, pulling walls, and a bit of trimming. While this class doesn't include glazing, you'll choose a color from a selection of our house glazes, and we'll take care of the rest.

What You Can Expect

• Hands-on instruction in wheel throwing fundamentals

• A glass of wine included with your registration

• Choice of house glaze color for your finished piece

• Aprons available (but dress to make a mess!)

• 21+ atmosphere perfect for moms, besties, or solo time

Please note: All pieces go through a long drying and firing process that takes between 2.5–3 weeks (no explosions!). You'll receive an email when your work is ready for pick up.
