Bounce Gymnastics & Movement is a family-owned recreational gymnastics club that offers daily classes for ages 4 months and up. The gym hosts daily classes, Open Gym times, birthday parties, and Aerial Arts for kids and adults. With over 40 years of experience, owner Tom Forster—a USA Gymnastics national staff member and 2020 Olympic coach—leads a team passionate about building confidence through movement in a fun, positive environment. The whole family– Tom, Lori, Tyler and Ashley– are an integral part of daily operations.
