Denver Biscuit Co., founded by Drew Shader, is the first single-concept shop from the Atomic Cowboy and Fat Sully's team, serving southern-inspired gourmet sandwiches and biscuit entrees for breakfast and lunch, as well as beer and craft cocktails in a full-service environment. It switches over to BAR DBC at 3 PM daily, featuring salads, chicken sandwiches, and burgers. Denver Biscuit Co has earned accolades for Best Biscuit and Best Breakfast in Denver.
