Miette et Chocolat is a modern French patisserie specializing in handcrafted chocolates, signature cakes, macaroons, and striking showpieces offering desserts that are both visually stunning and delicious. Guests can even watch the magic happen through the shop’s display window, where creations come to life. Owner and Executive Pastry Chef David Lewis brings decades of experience and national recognition to the patisserie, infusing each creation with his passion for culinary artistry and innovation.
